Why Missions?
We strive to see the Gospel transform lives because we know we are the beloved of God. Whether it is here in our city of Chicago, elsewhere in the U.S., or abroad, our church supports those extending Christ’s love anywhere they are working. Join us and the missionaries we support below in impacting lives and communities for the Kingdom of God.
Our International Partners
Church of the Beloved supports two international partners, one in Africa and one in Mexico. Learn more about our partners below.
Hands at Work in Africa
Serving In Zambia
Church of the Beloved began its partnership with Hands at Work in 2018. The Hands mission is to care for the most vulnerable with the help of the local and global church. Through Hands, we support the community of Susu in Zambia, both spiritually and financially.
Caitlin Dahmer
Serving In Mexico
Caitlin Dahmer, a Beloved covenant member, began her ministry in Mexico in 2021 working with the Christian Health Service Corps among the Tarahumara people located in the Sierra Madre mountains. As a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), she serves Tarahumara women, who have one of the world’s highest rates of maternal and infant mortality.
Short-Term Missions
Church of the Beloved sends teams on short-term mission trips to support our international partner as we are able. Check out these photos from our last trips to Zambia and Mexico and follow us on Instagram for more!
